The Blackstone Group completed, on November 27, 2002, a secondary offering of Mega Bloks Inc. common shares. This transaction follows Mega Bloks’s initial public offering, which closed on May 9, 2002. Affiliates of the group sold 7,187,500 common shares for gross proceeds of $133,687,500. Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. led the underwriting syndicate, which included CIBC World Markets Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc.
