The completion of the financing was led by CSL's Senior Vice-President, Pierre Préfontaine and its Vice-President, Legal and Corporate Secretary, John Sypnowich and by its Senior Legal Counsel, Annie Choquette, and by McCarthy Tétrault LLP with a team comprising James Papadimitriou, Mathieu Dubord and Marjolaine Hémond Hotte.
