Thomson Reuters Corporation closed its previously announced offering of $550 million (approximately US$483 million) principal amount of 3.309 per cent notes due 2021.
The offering was carried out by a syndicate of Canadian investment dealers co-led by BMO Capital Markets, TD Securities Inc. and RBC Dominion Securities Inc., and included Merrill Lynch Canada Inc., HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., Wells Fargo Securities Canada, Ltd., Barclays Capital Canada Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Canada Inc., Goldman Sachs Canada Inc., Morgan Stanley Canada Limited and RBS Capital Markets (Canada) Limited.
Thomson Reuters Corporation was represented by an in-house team led by Marc Gold, Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel, and Mark Irving, Senior Counsel. Torys LLP provided external support with a team led by Cornell Wright and that included Adrienne DiPaolo, David Forrester and Simonne Horwitz.
