On November 14, 2007, Toronto Hydro Corporation completed a public offering of C$250 million of 5.15 per cent senior unsecured debentures due 2017 (Series 2). The Series 2 Debentures were issued under the Corporation's $1 billion MTN Program which was established in January 2006.
CIBC World Markets Inc. served as the lead agent and bookrunner on the offering and the other syndicate members included BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc. and TD Securities Inc.
