Transcontinental Inc. completed the acquisition of Quad/Graphics, Inc.'s Canadian operations through the indirect acquisition of all of the shares of Quad/Graphics Canada, Inc. in exchange for the sale to Quad/Graphics, Inc. of Transcontinental's Mexican operations and its US-export-oriented black and white book printing business, the sale of which was completed on September 8, 2011.
