On October 25, 2005, TravelCLICK Inc., a leading US provider of hotel business process management (BPM) solutions, acquired all of the outstanding shares of Vantis Investment Corp., which provides travel reservations and marketing services for the travel and hospitality industry. The amount of the transaction is undisclosed. The transaction was for a combination of TravelCLICK shares and cash.
