Vance Street Capital portfolio company RST/Measurand's acquisition of 3vGeomatics

On July 9, 2021, Vance Street Capital LLC, a Los Angeles–based private equity firm, and its portfolio companies, RST Instruments Ltd. and Measurand Instruments Inc., acquired 3vGeomatics Inc., a world leader in the use of radar satellite images to detect and measure ground and infrastructure displacement across large areas.

Commercially, the transaction has created an industry-first fully integrated geotechnical and structural data monitoring and analysis solution with full global reach through underground instrumentation, cloud-based data, and satellite technology.
