West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd. completed a private offering of US$300 million Senior Notes. The offering involved a syndicate of joint book-running managers consisting of J.P. Morgan, TD Securities and RBC Capital Markets and co-managers consisting of BMO Capital Markets, CIBC and Scotia-bank. The proceeds of the offering were used to repay West Fraser’s US$300 million notes issued in 2004 which matured on October 15, 2014.
