Wolseley Canada Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Wolseley plc, acquired Toronto-based Nuroc Plumbing & Heating Supplies Ltd. on August 1, 2003. The transactions’s purchase price is confidential. Wolseley plc is a specialist trade distributor of plumbing, heating and building product, with worldwide sales in excess of US$13 billion. Nuroc specializes in the sale and distribution of plumbing, heating, industrial and related products.
