On February 21, 2003, XYZ Imaging Inc., a privately held corporation developing holographic products, completed a $3.5 million equity financing. Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, Fondaction, Société Innovatech du Grand Montréal and two private equity firms provided the financing by way of common shares and special warrants.
