Partner at BLG who practises in English and French in both the Toronto and Ottawa offices. Her practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on representing clients in constitutional, appellate, class action and commercial law litigation matters. She regularly appears before all levels of court on a wide variety of litigation matters, including before provincial appellate courts and the Supreme Court of Canada. She represented the Law Society of Ontario (then Upper Canada) in Trinity Western University v. LSUC before the SCC; and several clients, including Oceanex and the Speaker of the House of Commons, before the Federal Court of Appeal. Nadia has also appeared before numerous administrative tribunals. Indeed, she recently served as Commission Counsel for the Elliot Lake Commission of Inquiry. Nadia was named in 2017 and 2018 as one of the Benchmark Under 40 Hotlist and was recognized in 2016 as one of Canada’s Most Influential Lawyers by Canadian Lawyer Magazine in the Young Influencers category. She also recognized by Benchmark – The Definitive Guide to Canada's Leading Litigation Firms & Attorneys in 2017 and 2018 as a Litigation Star.
