A senior partner, Bill Brock brings passion, energy, and tenacity to everything he does. He operates a market-leading commercial litigation practice for a wide range of clients, including leading Canadian and foreign corporations and government entities. He focuses on complex commercial, corporate and securities litigation, fraud and misappropriation claims (including Mareva-type injunctions), and shareholder disputes. He conducts litigation at trial and appellate levels, including before the Supreme Court of Canada, and has acted as counsel or as an arbitrator in numerous international and domestic arbitrations. He was awarded Lawyer Emeritus Distinction by the Barreau du Québec, as well as the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for his outstanding contribution to the community.
