Carl Tremblay is Managing Partner for the Quebec City office. A leader in the Quebec City business community, he is recognized for his expertise in corporate and commercial law. He focuses in particular on mergers and acquisitions and financing. Carl regularly takes part in mergers and acquisitions transactions, private placements and strategic agreements. He also acts on behalf of investors in private placements and has participated, on the behalf of several research centres in the Quebec City area, in the establishment of companies for spin-off purposes. He is an active member of several boards of directors and advises them on governance and integrity issues. Before joining Fasken, Carl practised at an international law firm in Quebec City where he served as Managing Partner for over eight years.
