Jean-Philippe is a prolific author on copyright law, trademark law, patent law and information technology law and recently co-authored the first French-language Canadian book on trademarks aimed at the business community. He is the author of the Canadian chapter of Copyright Throughout the World published by Thomson Reuters. He frequently speaks at conferences on IP law matters at conferences.
