Ryan Rabinovitch is a partner in the firm’s Tax Group in Montréal. His practice focuses on all aspects of corporate taxation, international tax planning and corporate reorganizations. Ryan has authored articles in several publications, including STEP Inside and Federated Press (Corporate Structures and Groups). He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Association de planification fiscale et financière, and the Canadian Bar Association. Ryan received his BCL and LLB from McGill University, where he received the Aimé Geoffrion Gold Medal. He completed his Master's degree in law (BCL) at the University of Oxford. Ryan worked as a comparative law clerk for President Aharon Barak of the Supreme Court of Israel, and served as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Louise Arbour of the Supreme Court of Canada. He was called to the Québec Bar in 2006.
