He regularly acts for institutional lenders, private equity funds, project sponsors and public and private companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including acquisition financings, project financings, public debt offerings and mergers & acquisitions. He has also acquired extensive experience in the area of renewable energy, infrastructure and utilities.
