Recipient of the 2015 OBA Award for Excellence in Civil Litigation and the 2009 Law Society of Upper Canada Medal. Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. A frequent speaker and lecturer at numerous law schools and professional bodies. Vice-President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Civil Liberties Association.
