Dominique is the Chief Executive Officer of Bennett Jones, having served as Vice Chair and Toronto office managing partner. She will continue with her litigation practice in her new role. Dominique leads the Intellectual Property Litigation Group and is co-head of the firm’s Innovation, Technology and Branding Group. Dominique is President of the Advocates’ Society, a 6000-member group representing litigators across Canada. Her expertise in IP Litigation (particularly patent and trademark) is well recognized by her clients and peers, as demonstrated by her numerous rankings in several leading legal publications (global and Canadian).
