Jordan Fremont is a partner with Bennett Jones LLP, practising in the areas of pensions, benefits, and executive compensation. Jordan’s practice is dedicated to providing employers, plan administrators, boards of directors, trustees, and pension and compensation committees with related strategic and practical advice and solutions, including on matters of plan design, compliance, governance, and dispute resolution. Jordan is also regularly engaged to assist on issues arising out of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. Jordan is a frequent contributor to a variety of professional and industry publications and conferences, and a long-time industry volunteer, having held several leadership positions with the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute (CPBI), both with CPBI’s Ontario Regional Council and as a member of the CPBI's National Board of Directors. Jordan is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Pension Office of the Anglican Church of Canada, a plan trustee, and a member of the Benefits Canada Pension & Investment Advisory Board.
