Mark Kortbeek practises business law (including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and financings), infrastructure development and commercial real estate. Mark provides advice to both private and public entities, on a broad range of commercial law issues including advising on appropriate business structures, corporate reorganizations, financings and governance issues. He also practises in the Agribusiness area acting for clients involved in pet food manufacturing, grocery retail and development and food manufacturing. Mark practises in infrastructure development projects and his practice focuses on providing strategic and structuring advice and on drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, including design, engineering, procurement, construction and management (EPCM), engineering, procurement and constructions (EPC), and engineering and procurement (E&P) agreements.
