Cathy is a litigation Partner and currently serves on the Blakes Executive Committee. Cathy has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada in 14 appeals and has appeared before the courts of every province, the Federal Courts, the Competition Tribunal and other tribunals. She frequently provides constitutional and other public law opinions, and is recognized by Benchmark Canada as one of the Top 25 Women in Litigation in Canada. She was the Gold Medallist at Osgoode Hall Law School in 1997. Cathy taught information and privacy law at Osgoode Hall Law School from 2000 to 2008. She clerked for the Honourable Antonio Lamer, Chief Justice of Canada from 1997 to 1998. Cathy obtained an LLM from Harvard Law School, an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School and a BA from the University of Prince Edward Island.
