Katie is a partner in the Blakes Calgary office. She has advised and represented producers, pipeline companies, electric generation and transmission companies and alternative energy companies in respect of regulatory and environmental approvals and compliance issues, public consultation matters, Indigenous issues and land matters. Katie has experience with various environmental and regulatory regimes, assisting clients before provincial regulators, the Canada Energy Regulator, as well as all levels of courts in Alberta and at the Federal Court of Appeal.
