Pamela Huff is one of Canada’s leading corporate restructuring professionals and a senior partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Pam has extensive expertise as a strategic business leader, advising major corporations and their key stakeholders in complex transactions. She has worked in numerous industries, domestic and cross border, including commercial real estate, transportation, manufacturing, energy, hospitality and retail among others. She has held several executive leadership roles within the firm for over a decade, including Blakes’ Executive Committee and National Practice Leader of the firm's Restructuring and Insolvency group. Pam is experienced in all areas of the corporate restructuring practice, including both the litigation and commercial aspects of workouts, reorganizations, receiverships and other enforcement of security. Pam has appeared at all levels of court across the country, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Pam served as a Director, Chair of the Policy Reform Committee and first woman President of the Insolvency Institute of Canada. She was inducted as a Fellow of the IIC in 2023.
