Robin Linley

Robin primarily represents clients in the defence of serious personal injury cases involving allegations of failure to warn, negligent design, manufacture and testing of medical devices, pharmaceutical products, automotive parts, electrical products, and consumer goods and Robin is currently counsel of record in multiple product liability actions across Canada, including several high-profile class actions. He has been recognized by Who’s Who Legal as a “Global Elite Thought Leader” in Product Liability Defence and in Life Sciences. More recently, Robin has also been on the forefront of defending emerging “mass tort” inventories in Canada. His advice is actively sought by leading manufacturers and distributors and others in the distribution chain on risk management, litigation avoidance strategies, government regulation and compliance, and product warnings and recalls.
