Andrea chaired ALAI Toronto, the LSO IP Specialist Certification Committee and IP Year in Review, and Canadian Technion Society (Toronto Chapter). Served as advisory board member of Stanford University, Program on Law Science and Technology. Appointee to the Canadian Federal Government Information Highway Commission (Copyright Subcommittee), NAFTA SAGIT (business services), Expert Committee on Domain Names, and McGill University Senate. Trustee of the Copyright Society of the USA, previously Editorial Board member of the INTA Trademark Reporter and McGill Law Journal. In the Supreme Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal, and Copyright Board, Andrea has appeared as lead counsel.
