Nancy Choi

Nancy Choi represents both investment dealers and public companies in a variety of corporate finance transactions, including public and private security offerings. In addition to transactional work, Nancy advises public companies on general corporate and securities laws matters, including continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance, and Canadian stock exchange listings. She is recognized as a leader in the areas of mining and cannabis law by such authorities as Chambers Canada and The Best Lawyers in Canada. Nancy has been a member of UNICEF’s 25th Team, a unique and innovative partnership comprised of 60 influential Canadian women who have joined together to fund and support international pilot programs to provide life-saving health services for the world’s most vulnerable women and children. She is also a volunteer with the Lawyers Feed the Hungry Program. Called to the Bar in Ontario in 2005.
