Author of Cyberlibel (2011) revised 2019, co-author of Canadian Libel and Slander Actions (2004), Canadian Libel Practice (1985), delivered papers at conferences and frequently interviewed. Advisor to Ontario Law Reform Committee on Defamation (1985) and Internet Defamation (2016), Vice Chairman Media Law Section IBA, helped revise the Libel Jury Charge used by Ontario Judges. Retained by lawyers in hundreds of defamation and cyberlibel actions for Plaintiffs and Defendants.
