Pierre-André was managing partner in Montréal from 2000 to 2017, following which he became counsel. He uses his creative mindset and business acumen to deliver innovative solutions to clients and provide wise guidance to the lawyers at Davies. For more than 35 years, Pierre-André acted as lead counsel on complex M&A, project finance and real estate transactions – from development to financings, acquisitions, dispositions and securitizations – both in Canada and internationally. He is a director of Gluskin Sheff + Associates Inc and of Evoca S.p.A. He also serves on the boards of a number of charitable and cultural organizations, including The Claridge Foundation, The Phyllis Lambert Foundation, the Canadian Centre for Architecture, the Blue Metropolis Foundation and the Sauvé Foundation.
