Assists public companies with their corporate governance and disclosure obligations. Recently represented: Rogers Communications in its $26 billion acquisition of Shaw Communications; Onex Corporation in its acquisition of WestJet Airlines and their subsequent acquisition of Sunwing Vacations; Ryan, LLC in its acquisition of Altus Group’s property tax business; and The Special Committee of Independent Directors of Farmers Edge Inc. in the going private transaction from Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd.
