Chris practises corporate commercial and mining law. He advises on acquisitions and dispositions of mines and mining companies throughout the world, the exploration for minerals and development, construction and financing of mines, royalties, marketing and off-take contracts, strategic investments, impact benefit agreements with Aboriginal groups and environmental issues. He has experience with tendering for mineral concessions and negotiating mining contracts with foreign sovereign governments. He acts as an expert witness in litigation and arbitration proceedings.
