Troy Lehman is one of Ontario’s leading personal injury trial lawyers, with over 20 years of trial experience. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario law school in 1999 and was called to the Bar in 2001. Lehman received the highest mark on the Bar Admission Course by any UWO graduate and earned several other academic awards. He has achieved excellent results in the courtroom, shaping the law on Statutory Accident Benefits with precedent-setting cases. He has secured multiple seven-figure verdicts, including the largest award ever granted to an injured child by a Barrie jury. Lehman shares his knowledge by teaching and guest lecturing at Queen’s University and UWO. He is frequently invited to speak at legal education conferences and has chaired programs such as the Ontario Bar Association’s Anatomy of a Trial. He is the co-author of Addressing the Jury: Achieving Fair Outcomes in Personal Injury Cases, Canada’s leading text on jury advocacy.
