She has 25 years of experience in advising clients on all aspects of IP protection and enforcement, including branding strategy, acquisition, licensing, and anti-counterfeiting. She is regularly involved in a wide variety of IP infringement cases and complex licensing deals. May’s litigation experience includes patent, trademark and copyright infringement cases, as well as expungement and injunction cases in the federal and provincial courts.
