A former managing partner, Les is a senior member of the Corporate Commercial Group. With years of experience and a record of countless successful files, Les practises all aspects of commercial law, with particular expertise in corporate acquisitions, mergers and restructuring, and all manner of commercial and secured financing transactions. He also handles personal, estate, and succession planning matters. Les received his ICDD designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business Management in 2016.
