Erik Richer La Flèche is a partner in the Corporate Group, who advises corporations, lenders and governments on M&A transactions and large capital projects (e.g., infrastructure, mining and electricity). He has worked on transactions in more than 35 countries. Erik also advises on procurement, including anti-corruption compliance. Erik regularly represents sponsors, governments and lenders in major projects. He acted in a lead capacity in the following representative projects: the A25 toll road and bridge (Québec’s first PPP and Euromoney’s North American PPP 2007) and its subsequent refinancing in 2015, Windsor–Essex highway (Canada – Ontario's first road PPP), an oil refinery (Indonesia), aluminum smelters (Canada), an oil pipeline (Chad–Cameroon), power plants (Bahrain, Canada, India), power transmission networks (Canada, India, Laos–Thailand), manufacturing plants (Canada, Cuba, Hungary), mines (Bolivia, Canada, Cuba, Western Africa), telecommunication networks (Canada–USA, Bahamas–Cuba), an airline (Botswana), hospitals (Québec), oil and gas exploration and production (Québec, Western Africa), district heating and cooling systems (Canada), two railroads (Senegal–Mali, Mexico), a pharmaceutical plant (Québec) and ports (Canada, Djibouti).
