Her practice focuses on corporate commercial litigation and dispute resolution, employment and labour law, human rights and privacy. Cheryl represents clients in all areas of corporate commercial litigation and dispute resolution. In addition, Cheryl advises employers on a wide array of employment related issues including employment standards compliance, workers’ compensation, human rights issues, privacy compliance and complaints, workplace discipline and disability management and return to work.
