Tomas Jirousek is an Associate in OKT's Toronto office. Tomas is Blackfoot from the Kainai Nation in southern Alberta. He graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 2023, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Indigenous Law Journal, coordinated Pro Bono Student Canada’s Indigenous Human Rights Program, and worked as a research assistant studying the application of tort law to Indian residential schools. He graduated with the Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella Award and the University of Toronto Student Leadership Award.
