MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS 

Our firm represents entrepreneurs, corporations, private equity funds and family offices, both as investors/buyers and as vendors, in a range of share, asset, and hybrid transactions and in sales of equity (and convertible securities) to financial and strategic buyers. We have experience acting in transactions ranging from less than $5 million to more than 

$700 million enterprise value, and are known for getting our transactions closed, often in complex circumstances. 

Our well-developed project management skills, deep market awareness and effective transaction execution processes allow us to offer high-value, fixed-fee arrangements on many of our transactions. 

PRIVATE EQUITY
