For nearly 20 years, Aaron has practised real property law, focusing on land use planning and development issues. Working with real estate counsel, urban planners, architects, and engineers, Aaron delivers creative and strategic legal advice to residential and commercial developers, operators, school boards, and title insurers. As a result of the time spent in his early career working in a transactional capacity, Aaron's legal expertise evolved to uniquely provide solutions for clients – especially where real property and land use law intersect. After a secondment at the City of Toronto’s Planning & Administrative Tribunal Law Department, Aaron practised at a land use planning and real estate development boutique firm before joining Loopstra Nixon LLP. Outside his legal practice, Aaron continues to serve on the Executive of the OBA’s Municipal Section and Real Estate Section.
