Adam is a partner and former managing partner at Howie, Sacks & Henry. His practice is devoted to personal injury litigation, accident benefits claims, and other disability and insurance litigation. Adam is honoured to have been named the Best Lawyers 2022 Personal Injury Litigation "Lawyer of the Year" in Toronto. He is a past president of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) and served for many years on OTLA's Board of Directors. He has previously served as: President, Ontario Association of Community Based Boards for Acquired Brain Injury Services; founding Board member, Brain Injury Society of Toronto; Member, Toronto Region Case Management Steering Committee; and Board member, Peel Halton Acquired Brain Injury Services. Adam frequently speaks at Continuing Legal Education programs and has been Co-Chair of the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) Motor Vehicle Summit for several years. He is certified by the LSO as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. Adam is a proud recipient of an Ontario Brain Injury Association Professional Award and has been named one of Canadian Lawyer Magazine's 25 Most Influential Lawyers in Canada. He has been recognized by The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and The Best Lawyers in Canada as a leading practitioner in Personal Injury for many years.
