Adam Little is a partner at Oatley Vigmond. He is a graduate of Queen’s University Faculty of Law and the University of Toronto. Little was called to the Bar in 2002. Since that time, he has dedicated his practice to obtaining compensation for motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, occupiers’ liability claims, long-term disability and other insurance disputes. Little has experience before all levels of court in the province, from jury trials in the Superior Court of Justice, to appeals at the Ontario Court of Appeal. In 2011, he obtained the highest damages award in Ontario history for two young girls who lost their mother in a motor vehicle collision. His other accomplishments include past president of the Simcoe County Law Association, a recipient of OTLA's Dean F. Edgell Award, and OTLA’s Distinguished Service Award. Little is a certified specialist in Civil Litigation and has been listed by Best Lawyers since 2017. He is a regular speaker at continuing legal education events in the industry, a co-author of the LexisNexis Practice Advisor Personal Injury Module and contributing author of the Personal Injury Practice Manual. Prior to joining Oatley Vigmond in 2005, Little practised with a leading Toronto litigation firm where he defended physicians in malpractice claim.
