Alexandre Hébert

Alexandre Hébert is leader of corporate and M&A of the firm’s Montreal office. He practises corporate commercial law with a particular emphasis on acquisitions and divestitures, corporate finance, and venture capital. He represents small and medium enterprises, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and start-up companies in various sectors, but most often in the innovation and technology industry. His transactional experience includes domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. Before studying law, he worked for several Internet services providers in Quebec where he held various technical and engineering positions. This professional experience enabled him to gain practical experience in the IT industry.
