Alexis Charpentier specializes in labour law, with a focus on collective labour relations, labour standards, and human rights. As such, he counsels a varied clientele on how to manage their human resources. Alexis frequently appears in grievance adjudications and before the Tribunal administratif du travail on matters related to disciplinary measures, the management’s right to manage, psychological harassment, accommodation measures, human rights, and the certification process. He also represents management during collective bargaining. A large part of Alexis’ practice is dedicated to training corporations and various employer associations. In 2016 and 2017 alone, he spoke on more than a dozen different subjects related to the employment relationship and human resources management.
