Allan Bronstein is a partner in Torkin Manes’ corporate/commercial and corporate finance groups. He advises clients on corporate finance and corporate/commercial legal issues, providing counsel on transactions as well as day-to-day activities for a wide range of clients, including manufacturers, distributors, real estate developers, venture capital firms, private equity/merchant banks, and many others. His corporate experience includes the successful completion of numerous complex transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financing, private placements, corporate reorganizations, limited partnerships, joint ventures, and co-ownerships. He advises on matters related to general corporate governance and shareholder disputes. His securities law experience includes private placements. He is of the firm's representatives of Ally Law, an international alliance of law firms of which Torkin Manes is a founding member. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Association for Corporate Growth, Canada's Venture Capital & Private Equity Association, and the Private Capital Markets Association of Canada.
