Ameen Tejani

Ameen Tejani is a partner and co-leader of the Corporate, Banking and Finance and Real Estate groups in Edmonton. His practice involves advising both lenders and borrowers in financial transactions that are critical for businesses to achieve their strategic goals. Ameen also handles a wide range of corporate/commercial matters, including acquisitions and dispositions of businesses (both shares and assets), corporate reorganizations and restructuring, as well as commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
