Recognized as an expert in crisis management, he regularly represents clients before specialized labour tribunals and civil law courts. André routinely advises on the interpretation of collective agreements and on how to implement change in HR management, including collective layoffs and technological changes. He has extensive experience with representing employers before provincial and federal labour relations boards in unionization and union raiding matters, among others. Working with law practitioners across North America, André advises foreign businesses on transfers, acquisitions, and sales affecting a large workforce.
