Andreea Muth

Andreea Muth is a partner in the business law group at Pallett Valo LLP. She advises business owners and private corporations on the structure and implementation of corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as comprehensive business succession planning. Combining her unique blend of corporate/commercial law and estate planning experience, Andreea sets up structures that are tailored to each client’s specific estate and business needs. With foresight and experience, she helps clients looking to sell or exit their businesses plan the departure, including strategies for using family trusts and estate freezes. She also advises her clients on general corporate and commercial matters. Andreea has held increasingly senior positions, including her current role as chairwoman of the Ontario Bar Association’s Business Law section, and organizes continued professional development for Ontario business lawyers. She is also a member-at-large and newsletter co-chairwoman for the Toronto branch of STEP, helping to bring relevant trust and estate planning content to over 1,000 practitioners in the GTA.
