A partner at Gowling WLG's Toronto office, Andrew leads the firm's national Employment, Labour & Equalities practice group, providing strategic counsel to organizations across industries. Andrew's practice spans all facets of employment law, including recruitment, hiring, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, disability management, workplace policies, and navigating complex corporate transactions. He advises clients on issues ranging from workplace disputes and wrongful dismissals to human rights proceedings.
