Andrew is a partner at ALG. His civil litigation practice includes complex commercial disputes, fraud, shareholder disputes, oppression remedies, director and officer liability, arbitration proceedings, injunctions, judicial review, and professional liability. Andrew has significant courtroom experience. He has expertise in matters involving allegations of fraud, white-collar/corporate crime, and sexual misconduct. Andrew conducted dozens of trials as a criminal prosecutor. In 2023, Benchmark Litigation named Andrew as a Future Star and included him in its “40 & Under List”. He was awarded Prosecutor of the Yearby the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators. Andrew teaches trial advocacy at Osgoode’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop. He was elected to the Ontario Bar Association’s Civil Litigation executive and was past member of The Advocates’ Society Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Andrew clerked for the judges of the Ontario Superior Court, focusing on the Commercial List and class actions. He earned his law degree and an MA in philosophy from the University of Toronto.
