Andrew W. MacDonald

Andrew MacDonald has a varied civil litigation and advisory practice that includes particular experience in media and defamation law, aviation law, and administrative law. He has appeared before all courts in Ontario; the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal; the Supreme Court of Canada; as well as a variety of administrative tribunals or inquiries at the federal level, in Ontario, and in other provinces. Before practising, Andrew was a land claims negotiator for the Ontario government and worked for judges of the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. He holds LLB and BCL degrees from McGill University.
