Angela is a co-founder of Casey and Moss LLP, a boutique law firm exclusively devoted to solving legal problems involving estates, trusts and mental capacity. Areas of focus include disputes over contested wills and POAs, dependent support claims, contested applications to pass accounts, trustee removal applications, contested guardianships, Partition Act applications, and breach of trust claims. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Angela also handles non-contentious proceedings such as applications for advice and direction and uncontested guardianship applications. In addition, she advises beneficiaries and fiduciaries on estate administration. Her clients include individuals as well as trust companies, government agencies, and charities. Angela is a frequent author, speaker and teacher at continuing legal education programs on a variety of trusts and estates topics. She is a contributing author of Key Developments in Estates and Trusts Law in Ontario.
